Welcome to Tommy Verouden Coaching & Breathwork!

I’m glad you're considering working with me. In these general terms and conditions, I explain what you can expect from me and what I ask from you. My aim is to create a safe, supportive, and transparent environment in which you can develop and grow.

1. General Information
1.1 These terms apply to all services offered under the name Tommy Verouden Coaching & Breathwork. My practice is located at Tomakker 81, Nuenen.

1.2 My services include coaching, breathwork, and other sessions aimed at well-being and personal development.

1.3 As I continue to learn and grow, I may update these terms from time to time. The most current version is always available on my website.

2. Services and Agreements
2.1 You can find an overview of my services on my website.

2.2 Once you register for a session or program and I confirm it, an agreement is in place between us.

2.3 I reserve the right to decline participation if I believe a service is not a good fit for you. However, I will always work with you to find a suitable alternative.

3. Payments
3.1 The prices for my services are clearly listed on my website. If there are any changes, I will inform you in a timely manner.

3.2 I ask that payment be made before the session, unless we agree otherwise.

3.3 If payment is not received on time, I may cancel the appointment. Of course, I will try to reschedule with you.

4. Cancellations and Changes
4.1 Sometimes things come up—I understand. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, no fee will be charged.

4.2 If I need to cancel a session, we will reschedule together or I will refund the full amount.

5. Your Responsibilities
5.1 To ensure a good session, it’s important that you provide me with honest and relevant information about yourself.

5.2 Participation in my sessions is entirely your own responsibility. I trust that you know what is right for you, and that you are physically and mentally able to take part.

5.3 To help the session run smoothly and safely, I ask that you follow my guidance.

6. Liability
6.1 I do everything I can to provide you with a safe and valuable experience. If something does go wrong, I am only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence on my part.

6.2 I am not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during a session.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy
7.1 Your privacy is very important to me. All information you share with me is treated with strict confidentiality.

7.2 I will never share your information with third parties without your consent, unless I am legally required to do so.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All materials and content I use or offer during sessions remain my property. You may only use them for personal purposes and may not copy or distribute them without my permission.

9. Disputes
9.1 These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

9.2 If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it together. If that’s not possible, I will submit the matter to the competent court in my region.
